"PARTY" Rolls Royce Spotted on 29
The high-end luxury vehicle that costs as much as a house sported a unique license plate.
While very expensive vehicles are not extremely rare in Howard County. A blacked-out Rolls Royce with the license plate "PARTY" is certainly different.
This one was spotted on Route 29 near the Ellicott City onramp on Wednesday morning.
The model appears to be a Rolls Royce Ghost, which retails around $250,000. The driver was obscured by darkly tinted windows.
