Historic Ellicott City Clean Green Safe, Neighbor

The Ellicott City Historic District Partnership’s Clean, Green and Safe Committee (the ECHDP Green Committee) is leading green initiatives for the Historic District through the promotion of sustainable practices and environmental responsibility.

Established in 2013, we have many exciting opportunities available for community involvement! Individuals, businesses and organizations are encouraged to participate to help Historic Ellicott City’s commitment to being Clean, Green and Safe!

The ECHDP Green Committee activities are currently sponsored by the following entities: Howard County Office of Environmental Sustainability, Howard County Department of Public Works, Chesapeake Bay Trust, Center for Watershed Protection and Heavy Seas Beer.
