The three Maryland residents will be in court this month after a 15-year-old was shot in the back of the head.
A Howard County grand jury has indicted three people in the June shooting of a teenager in Marriottsville. Howard County police said on June 19, Donald George Peoples, 21, of Nottingham, and Laura Christian Karr, 25, of Reisterstown, abducted a 15-year-old male near his home in Reisterstown. Then, according to police, they picked up Chiquita Sketers, 21, of Randallstown, who brought a long barrel rifle and told the victim that he was going to die. Peoples, Karr and Sketers drove the victim to a field off of Old Frederick Road in Marriottsville, according to police, and at gunpoint, forced him out of the car. Police say that as the victim walked away from the car, Peoples shot him in the back of the head. A resident found the teenager …

Authorities will not say where, exactly, the teenager lives.

Howard County Police say they believe suspects drove a 15-year-old male to Marriottsville last night and shot him in the head. A resident found the teenager in a field on the 11400 block of Old Frederick Road with a single gunshot wound to the head just after 7 p.m. Tuesday, according to a statement released by Howard County Spokeswoman Sherry Llewellyn.
