After Floods, Snow in Ellicott City?

Floods, spring-like temperatures, high winds, snow – just a typical few days worth of Maryland weather, it seems. After heavy rains Thursday that led to flooding across Howard County, the National Weather Service (NWS) is forecasting light snow Thursday night and Friday. There’s a 60 percent chance of snow Friday, mostly before 9 a.m. Skies should become mostly sunny after that and temperatures will hit the low-30s. NWS is calling for a ‘blustery’ day, with winds as fast as 40 mph. Friday night, temperatures will drop to the low 20s. Clouds will return Saturday, with temperatures in the mid-30s and calmer winds.
