I most say this is by far the BEST shoe repair shop I have ever been to. Paul and Jeri do excellent work. There friendly and professional customer service is an add bonus. I have taken countless numbers of shoes, sandals, boots, handbags, leather couch cushion, and most recently had to leather watch bands repaired. Vance shoe repair is by far the BEST that I know of.

Really great place, severely cluttered like one would expect of a real shoe repair. Owner very accommodating, friendly and courteous. The little repair that I took in was a little out of the ordinary, the work was accomplished exactly as I had specified and was ready the next day, I'll definitely continue to use these folks for my infrequent repair needs.
