Small Miracles is a no-kill shelter that has been in Ellicott City for since 2007. There are ordinarily more 100 kittens and full-grown cats there that need loving homes. This shelter offers low-cost vaccinations, spays and neutering services. If you are interested in adopting, the shelter has a two-week trial period. Small Miracles could also use your help by volunteering for various jobs.
