Love it here. We are regulars and they are very patient and friendly with my 2.5 year old. An extremely family friendly establishment.

I went to Pachanga Grill today for our Cinco de Maya lunch. I ordered the lunch enchilada special listed at $8.95. The menu stated that I had a choice of chicken, pork, or bean cheese enchiladas. I ordered a chicken and a pork enchilada and explained to the waiter that I was not allowed to have beans or bean juice. He stated that he would put them on the side and my husband could eat them since my husband did not get beans with his order.
The meal arrived with my enchiladas swimming in the bean juice. To add to the injustice, when the bill arrived I was charged $12.95 and the same waiter explained that I was not allowed to get two different enchiladas from the lunch menu so he had to charge me the dinner price -- a fact that he neglected to mention when I ordered the lunch special from the lunch special menu. By the way except for ordering, serving, and giving us the bill, we never even saw our waiter nor did anyone there check to see if our meals were all right despite the fact that there were only about four tables filled with customers when we were in the restaurant.
I did not eat my lunch but paid the full amount charged anyway. I will NEVER go back there again and I will not recommend the restaurant to any of my friends.

It's not super fancy, so I won't say five stars, but this place has GREAT food (get the chicken mole) and we've never had any trouble with the service. They are professional, polite. There is a bar side and another side (enclosed) where you can eat as a family. Yes, with kids. So, it's family friendly. My only gripe is that I wish they would have some place where people could sit without looking at a television.
