Get Your Antiques Appraised this Weekend at Howard Community College
The Howard County Historical Society is hosting its own local Antiques Roadshow-style appraisal at Howard Community College on Saturday.
Have you been wondering what that old painting given to you by your grandmother is worth?
This weekend you can find out. The Friends of the Howard County Historical Society are hosting an appraisal fair and rare book sale at Howard Community College on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
On hand will be local appraiser John Caplan Harris from Caplan's Auction House, who will be available to examine what might be local treasures.
Tickets for the event cost $12, but that price includes two free appraisals. Additional appraisals cost $5.
The event takes place in HCC's Duncan Hall in the Kittleman Room.
