Centennial outshot another opponent (15-10), but just couldn't find the net as they tied Atholton, 0-0. 

"We really defended well to limit Atholton's opportunities," said coach Steve Baxter.  "Atholton has been scoring plenty this season, so I'm impressed with our team defense to hold Atholton to just 10 shots through 100 minutes."

Junior Katie Donegan (six saves) played exceptionally well in goal as she was able to keep Atholton from scoring.

Centennial did have a chance to win the game late in the second overtime when junior forward Rachel Hein was able to beat an Atholton defender and head towards goal.  Her shot from inside the 18 sailed just right.
