The Howard County Delegation is coming to Ellicott City to hear residents' concerns about proposed changes to the Board of Education.

The Howard County Executive's Office released the final report of a commission created to study the Board of Education and how the board members were elected. Read the final report here.

To address what  on the board, legislation proposed by Del. Frank Turner would have five of the seven members elected by council district and two appointed by the county executive.
