Suspicious Man at Centennial High School

School officials are asking parents and students to keep an eye out.

This note was sent to parents today from Centennial High School Assistant Principal Kevin Dorsey:

At approximately 2:15 today several of our students were approached by an adult male.  The students did not engage with the man.  He then positioned himself on school property by the bus exit.  He was approached by our Security Guard and Day Chief Custodian.  After briefly arguing that he had a right to be there he left and headed down Century Drive.  Officer Perry and our Security Guard pursued him in the police cruiser, but were not able to locate him.

The man was encouraging kids to "join him."

He is described as a white male with dark hair and had glasses.  He around 5'5" tall and weighed approximately 140 lbs.  He was wearing a light green button down shirt and had on khaki pants.  He was carrying 2 signs (one orange and one white).

If you see this individual, please contact the police immediately.
