Phoenix Landing presents, Fern Van Sant DVM and Preventing Heart Disease in Parrots. Heart Disease is among the leading causes of premature death in our companion parrots. Dr Van Sant will discuss how making changes in our parrots’ diet and life style can lengthen their lives, and improve their overall health and sense of well being.

Phoenix Landing hosts free educational seminars featuring
speakers with speciall knowledge or experience related to the welfare of parrots. Come and learn more about how parrots think and behave, how you can be a better parrot guardian, and what we can all do towards improving the welfare of parrots both in captivity and in the wild.For additional information on this and other event,
