Howard High needs to do some safety awareness with their students who drive to school. On my daily commute through the area I constantly see kids making illegal turns and driving recklessly in their attempt to get to school on time. HC police should station a cruiser at route 104 and old Annapolis Rd for a few weeks and start issuing citations. They could eliminate the problem very quickly.

at that time of morning it should not have been a student... more likely a distracted business person on a cell phone ... I would like to thank the Howard High JROTC for keeping traffic moving smoothly though the HHS parking lot. (Yes, I was one of those caught in the snarl that resulted from the accident)
