Readers' Choice: Best Sushi

Sushi chefs are said to be masters of their art. A customer's plate is the canvas on which they compose masterpieces of rice, fish, vegetables and other seafood like eel and octopus.

But few things are worse than getting bad, poorly prepared sushi.

So Patch wants to know: Where is the best sushi in Howard County?

We’re relaunching Readers’ Choice; this time, we’re going to give you a few weeks to think this one through. Sushi restaurants have been popping up in the Baltimore-Washington area for years, but speak up if you think a newcomer has put the established restaurants to shame.
