Officer Bonita Linkins, Northern District Community Resource Officer for the Howard County Police Department, will meet with any interested community members to discuss how to best talk with children about and what community members can do to keep children safe.
The meeting will be held at Rockburn Elementary School beginning at 7 p.m.
