Annual Howard County Bicycle Forum

The 2nd Annual Howard County Bicycle Forum will be held at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory.

This annual Bicycle Forum is an opportunity for Howard County cyclists to hear from and ask questions directly of local Government and other representatives on a variety of issues of concern to our bicycling community.

The format from last year has been changed to a panel discussion to provide more opportunity for discussion and for questions.
