CSX Will Close Old Frederick Road Railroad Crossing for Maintenance
The railroad crossing is scheduled to be closed from Aug. 10 to Aug. 17. Traffic will be detoured.
The railroad crossing at Old Frederick Road and Hollifield Road will be closed for about a week while CSX does routine maintenance on the crossing, according to Howard County Public Works.
Maintenance will begin on Sat., Aug. 10 and is scheduled to finish on Sat., Aug. 17, weather permitting. TA detour will be set up via Old Frederick Road, Rogers Avenue, Route 40, Rolling Road, Fairbrook Road, Johnnycake Road and Hollifield Road, according to Public Works.
