Howard County firefighters battled a blaze Wednesday morning at 5910 Waterloo Road for training purposes, said Jackie Cutler, spokeswoman for Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue Services.
A week of training for firefighters culminated on Aug. 24 in fighting flames on property next to Waterloo Elementary School in Columbia.
