Two Days, Four Burglaries in Ellicott City: Howard County Crime Roundup
The following information was supplied by the Howard County Police Department. Arrests do not indicate convictions.
Ellicott City: Burglary
Between 10 p.m. on Oct. 8 and 6:30 a.m. the following day, an unknown number of suspects broke a rear window and entered a residence on the 8600 block of Town and Country Boulevard, stealing a purse, debit card and cash. Police recovered the purse in a wooded area nearby.
Ellicott City: Burglary
Shortly after 5:30 a.m. on Oct. 8, a suspect entered a residence on the 3200 block of Kaiser Drive, and stole a laptop, cell phone, jewelry, cash and video game equipment. The suspect fled upon being discovered by a resident.

Ellicott City: Burglary
Between 12:30 a.m. and 8:45 a.m. on Oct 9, an unknown number of suspects entered a residence on the 8800 block of Town and Country Boulevard and stole a purse, debit card and cash.
Ellicott City: Burglary
Between 1 p.m. on Oct. 8 and 6 p.m. the following day, an unknown number of suspects entered a residence on the 8900 block of Town and Country Boulevard and stole a laptop. The resident was home at the time and said he did not hear anyone enter.
Ellicott City: Vehicle Theft
On Oct. 10, a red 2008 Toyota Corolla with MD tags 2DVV48 was stolen from a residence on the 3100 block of Bethany Lane.
Ellicott City: Vehicle Theft
On Oct. 10, a Dodge Ram van with MD tags 54075M9 was stolen from a residence on the 900 block of Ridge Road.

Elkridge: Robbery
Shortly before 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 7, a police officer saw two males holding down another male near the 6300 block of Orchard Club Drive. Police said the suspects attempted to hit and rob the victim. Officers arrested the suspects, both of whom were juveniles, and charged them with robbery and assault.
Elkridge: Smash and Grab
At 6 a.m. on Oct. 8, a witness observed a suspect breaking the front glass door of Subway, on the 6200 block of Washington Boulevard. The suspect went through a cash register and fled through the rear door.
Elkridge: Vehicle Theft
On Oct. 10, a vehicle was found in Baltimore County after being stolen from the 6600 block of Business Parkway.
Columbia: Robbery
Shortly after 1 p.m. on Oct. 10, a suspect approached a victim at an ATM machine on the 9200 block of Old Annapolis Road and demanded money. The victim screamed and the suspect fled.
Columbia: Break-In Attempt
Shortly after 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 9, an unknown number of suspects attempted pry open the front and back doors of a residence on the 11200 block of Slalom Lane but failed to gain entry.

Shortly after 10 a.m. on Oct. 10, maintenance workers found a suspect sleeping in a vacant residence on the 10400 block of Faulkner Ridge Circle. Arriving officers arrested the suspect.
Columbia: Burglary
Shortly after 3 a.m. on Oct. 11, an unknown suspect entered a residence on the 9300 block of Kilimanjaro Road. Upon being discovered by a resident, the suspect fled. Police said nothing was reported stolen.
Columbia: Vehicle Theft
On Oct. 7, a 2004 Acura TL was reported stolen from a residence on the 6100 block of Stevens Forest Road.
Columbia: Vehicle Theft
On Oct. 10, a green 1996 Dodge Caravan with MD tags 9AE0514 was stolen from a residence on the 9000 block of Watchlight Court.
Columbia: Break-In
Between 11 p.m. on Oct. 9 and 3 a.m. the following day, an unknown number of suspects entered a residence on the 8800 block of Tamebird Court. Police said nothing was reported stolen.
Laurel: Break-In
Between Oct. 5 and Oct. 7, an unknown number of suspects entered a residence on the 9100 block of Bourbon Street and stole clothes and a television.
Fulton: Smash and Grab
Shortly before 2 a.m. on Oct. 10, an unknown number of suspects entered High's Dairy Store, on the 11800 block of Lime Kiln Road, and stole cigarettes from an office.
Jessup: Vehicle Theft
On Oct. 10, a box truck was stolen from a residence on the 8600 block of Washington Boulevard.
Jessup: Commercial Break-In
Between Oct. 5 and Oct. 7, an unknown number of suspects broke a window and entered RE Michael Co., on the 8300 block of Bristol Court, stealing several items.
