Police Release Image of Indecent Exposure Suspect
Police say this man exposed himself at the Mall in Columbia.
Police released a photo of a man on Tuesday believed to have exposed his genitals inside the Mall in Columbia while following a group of girls during the afternoon of Jan. 13.
Police described the suspect as a white male in his 50s, between 5-foot-9-inches and six feet tall, about 250 pounds, with dark hair, thick eyebrows, square glasses and protruding teeth. Inside the mall, he was wearing a black t-shirt with gold or tan corduroy pants, reported police.
A police spokesperson said the photo released is from a mall surveillance video and is the best-quality image available.

The incident was reported by a bystander who saw the man following a group of girls while touching his exposed genitals, which were hanging in front of his pants, according to police. Police said, a second witness also reported the incident to a mall security guard.
