Police: No Suspects in Southwest Baltimore County Homicide

A reward of up to $2,000 is available for information, police said.

Officials are investigating after a 25-year-old Baltimore County man was found dead in an apartment Wednesday morning, police said.

At 11:59 a.m. on Wednesday, officers responded to a home in the 100 block of Colony Hill Court to check on a person and found a man lying on the floor with traumatic injuries, according to a statement from the Baltimore County Police Department.

Brandon Edward Joyce, 25, of the 100 block of Colony Hill Court in Arbutus, had an interaction with another individual at the location before the person killed Joyce, police said.

Detectives have not determined a motive and have not established a suspect, according to police, who are working to determine whether the crime was targeted.

The Baltimore County Police Homicide Unit is investigating the death.
