Police Look for Suspect in Ellicott City Bank Robbery

Police are looking for a suspect in connection with a weekend bank robbery in Ellicott City. 

On Saturday at 1 p.m., police say a suspect entered the Bank at 8460 Baltimore National Pike, gave a teller a note demanding money. According to police, the teller gave the suspect money, then the suspect fled the bank.

Police describe the suspect as a black man, 30 to 35 years old with a medium complexion. He was between 5'8" and 5'10" and weighed between 200 and 230 lbs with a muscular build and was wearing a black baseball cap, black sunglasses, a gray t-shirt with dark-colored writing on the front and dark-colored pants.

Sunday night at about 9:30, police say a suspect broke the French doors at a house on the 2100 block of Oak Forest Drive and stole jewelry from the home.

About an hour and a half later, police say a group of male suspects confronted two males on the 8800 block of Town and Country Boulevard. The suspects assaulted the two men and stole a wallet from one of them before fleeing the scene.
