Motorcycle Hits Deer on Route 29

A motorcyclist did not require medical transport after hitting a deer on Route 29

A motorcycle collision with a deer on US Route 29 resulted in no serious injuries, but tied up traffic for an extended period, police said.

Earlier in the day and also on Route 29, vehicles were backed up because of a broken traffic light.

The motorcycle-deer collision occurred about 3 p.m. No medical transport was requested, but traffic was backed up until the motorcycle could be towed out of the way.
