Marriottsville Road Incident Sends 1 to Shock Trauma
The road was closed for approximately two hours Friday morning.
One person was taken to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center as the result of an incident on the Marriottsville Road overpass at I-70 Friday morning, the Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue Services reported.
Marriottsville Road was closed for about two hours Friday morning as the result of the car fire reported around 7 a.m., according to 92Q.
As of 8:41 a.m., the Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue Services said it turned the scene over to the Howard County Police Department.
At 9 a.m., the incident had cleared and Marriottsville Road reopened, according to WTOP.
