Halloween Robbery in Ellicott City: Howard County Crime Roundup
The following information was supplied by the Howard County Police Department. Arrests do not indicate convictions.
Ellicott City: Robbery
At 7 p.m. Halloween night, on the 3000 block of Oak Green Circle, a suspect approached a person from behind, implied he had a gun, then demanded valuables. The victim handed over cash and the suspect fled.
Suspect: Light complexion male wearing black drawstring pants and a gray hooded sweatshirt.

Ellicott City: Break-in
Suspects broke into a house under construction on the 3900 block of Chatham Road sometime between Oct. 29 and Oct. 31. The suspect or suspects broke a back window and stole an air compressor, lamp and heater.

Ellicott City: Vehicle theft
A white tractor trailer with the license ME1441321 was stolen from the 3400 block of Courthouse Drive on Oct. 28.
Elkridge: Break-in
Sometime between Oct. 1 and Oct. 29 a suspect or suspects broke into an unlocked garage on the 6200 block of Parkview Court and stole golf clubs.
Columbia: Break-in/Vehicle theft
A suspect or suspects entered a garage on the 5000 block of Lake Circle at about 5 p.m. on Oct. 30 and stole a 1995 Harley Davidson motorcycle.
Columbia: Break-ins
On Halloween night, a suspect or suspects broke into Bertucci's on the 9000 block of Snowden River Parkway at about 4 a.m. by forcing open a door in an electrical building on the property. Nothing was reported stolen. Less than five hours later, a suspect or suspects pried open a door at Ruby Tuesday, on the same block, and stole cash. Police are investigating the two incidents as related.
Jessup: Break-in
Sometime between Oct. 28 and Oct. 29 a suspect or suspects entered two unlocked mobile homes and damaged the interiors. Nothing was reported stolen.
Laurel: Break-in
A suspect or suspects pried open a the front door and stole a laptop from a house on the 9700 block of Mountain Laurel Way on Oct. 31.
