A laptop was stolen from Mega Moving Co. on the 3400 block of Ellicott Center Drive. The suspect or suspects got inside after breaking a rear window. The burglary was reported at 8:22 a.m. on Tuesday, April 19.

Ellicott City: Break-in
Little information was provided following a break-in at a residence on the 3600 block of Mount Ida Drive. The break-in was reported at 10:58 a.m. on Tuesday, April 19.

Laurel: Burglary
Laptops, electronics and jewelry were stolen from a residence on the 9100 block of Bourbon Street. The suspect or suspects got inside through an unlocked window. The burglary happened sometime between 8 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Monday, April 18.
Elkridge: Burglary
Copper wire was stolen from the Maryland Recycling Center on the 5600 block of Furnace Avenue. The suspect or suspects got inside by breaking a retaining wall. The burglary happened sometime between 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 17, and 5:45 a.m. on Monday, April 18.
Elkridge: Break-in
Nothing was reported stolen after a break-in at Deep Run Elementary School on the 6900 block of Old Waterloo Road. The suspect or suspects got inside after breaking a window.
Elkridge: Break-in (with arrest)
An Elkridge man was arrested after allegedly being seen using a Laundromat on the 6500 block of Old Waterloo Road as a shelter.
Mikel A. Grafton, 22, of 8017 Keeton Road, has been charged with one count of fourth-degree burglary, two counts of trespassing and two counts of making a false statement to a police officer, according to the Howard County Police Department.
The arrest happened after a police officer was making area checks of businesses.
Elkridge: Break-in
A “known suspect” entered a residence on the 8000 block of Keeton Road and stole food. The break-in was reported at 12:33 p.m. on Tuesday, April 19. No other information was provided.
Jessup: Burglary
A water meter and copper were stolen from MDG Companies on the 7100 block of Montevideo Road. The suspect or suspects got inside an abandoned building after breaking a rear window. The burglary happened sometime between 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 14, and 2:24 p.m. on Monday, April 18.
Columbia: Break-in
Little information was available about a break-in at Parkridge Plaza on the 8900 block of Old Annapolis Road. The break-in was reported at 11:33 p.m. on Monday, April 18.
Elkridge: Vehicle Theft
A 1999 Hyundai Tiburon with Virginia license plate KIMER69 was stolen from the 8000 block of Keeton Road. It was reported stolen at 12:49 a.m. on Wednesday, April 20.
Elkridge: Stolen vehicle recovered
A red 2010 Ford Focus stolen from the 6100 block of Washington Boulevard has been recovered in Baltimore, police say. It had been stolen between 3 a.m. and 7 a.m. on Saturday, April 16.
