Ellicott City Break-in: Howard County Crime Roundup
The following information was supplied by the Howard County Police Department. Arrests do not indicate convictions.
Ellicott City: Break-In
Between 8:16 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Sept. 27, an unknown number of suspects broke a basement window and entered a residence on the 9000 block of Overhill Drive, stealing video game systems, a laptop and jewelry.
Elkridge: Break-In
Between 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 26 and 6:30 a.m. the following day, an unknown number of suspects cut a lock and entered the shed of a residence on the 5800 block of Woodvalley Road, stealing a motorcycle, lawn equipment and tools.

At 5:30 a.m. on Sept. 27, an unknown number of suspects broke a side glass door of Pub Dog, on the 8800 block of Stanford Boulevard, pried open an ATM and stole cash.
Columbia: Vehicle Theft Attempt
Shortly after 8:30 p.m. on Sept. 27, a vehicle theft attempt was reported at a residence on the 8300 block of Benson Drive.
Laurel: Vehicle Theft
Shortly before 9 p.m. on Sept. 27, a vehicle was stolen from a residence on the 9400 block of Whiskey Bottom Road. Police said they recovered the vehicle on Bourbon Street.
