Join the Howard County Arts Council this fall for Road to the Arts weekend, September 20–22, 2013! This annual event, celebrating the beginning of the 2013-2014 gallery season, invites art lovers to experience the breadth and diversity of visual arts opportunities in Howard County. Galleries throughout the county will participate by hosting openings and other special events over the course of the weekend. This year’s participants include:
