52nd Annual Interfaith Institute

On Monday, March 5th, Baltimore Hebrew Congregation, 7401 Park Heights Avenue, will host its 52nd Annual Interfaith Institute, Religious Responses to Economic Realities.” Speakers will discuss the effect the economy has on meeting the growing needs of our community and how their agencies serve those needs. Responses from clergy will include how the economy has affected their congregations.

Speakers include Barbara Levy Gradet, Executive Director of Jewish Community Services; Major Barry Corbitt, Baltimore Area Commander, Salvation Army; Rev. Kevin Hooks, Founding pastor of Transformation of Life Christian Center; Mitch Posner, Executive Director, GEDCO; and Rabbi Andrew Busch, senior Rabbi of Baltimore Hebrew Congregation.

The $12 fee includes a bag lunch. Continuing education credits are available. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. Program is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. From more information call 410-764-1587 ext. 270
