TriColumbia: The Columbia Triathlon

The Columbia Triathlon, TriColumbia's hallmark event and one of the most challenging and longest running triathlons in the USA.  TriColumbia previously known as the Columbia Triathlon Association will mark its 30th anniversary this year, and it all began with the Columbia Triathlon. Attracting world-class pros and amateurs from across the country and across the world, this widely acclaimed Olympic distance race had its beginnings in 1984 when 90 triathlon enthusiasts competed.

The 2014 Columbia Triathlon will once again be a 5150 qualifying event.  The top 15 in each age group will be invited to race at the 2013 5150 Hy-Vee U.S. Championship in Des Moines, Iowa. In addition, those finishing in the top 5 in each age group will be offered complementary entries into the 2013 5150 Hy-Vee U.S. Championship.
