A long-time resident and business owner in Ellicott City, Lisa is a true citizen-activist who believes in community interests over special interests. She has a long and proven track record of over 15 years' community and civic work  and citizen-taxpayer advocacy on many different issues. Lisa will answer your questions regarding her vision and strategy for Howard County's development, environment, schools, taxes, transportation, seniors' needs, and more.
