Howard County NORML Inaugural Meeting

Hello Howard County! Welcome! Please join Howard County NORML at our first meeting, held at the Howard County Public Library -- Central Branch in Columbia, Maryland.

We will be discussing the current legislation to "legalize" and/or decriminalize marijuana that has been proposed in the state legislature. Please bring as many friends as you can. We need to really start mobilizing and building the chapter.

Howard County NORML is the Howard County subchapter of Maryland NORML, the National Organization for Reform of Marijuana Laws.

NOTE: We are NOT affiliated with any old incarnations of Maryland NORML, nor do we know anyone from former attempts to run a NORML organization in this state. We are VERY recently formed and state-incorporated (Maryland state corporation status, not yet non-profit, in the process of raising funds to make that happen).
