Would you or someone you know like to represent Howard County in the upcoming Maryland Senior Idol competition? The Howard County Department of Citizen Services' Office on Aging will hold auditions on Thursday, February 14 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. at the Ellicott City Senior Center, 9401 Frederick Road in Ellicott City, Md. Singers must be age 60 or older to try out. A Howard County winner and a runner up will be selected and will go on to compete in the 7th Annual Maryland Senior Idol competition to be held at the Bowie Center for the Performing Arts, 15200 Annapolis Road in Bowie, Md., on Wed., April 3 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
