Kickboxing Class (Technique and Conditioning)
Breaking down the physics body mechanics of the striking techniques faciliated in Kickboxing. Hand techniques, leg techniques, proper footwork, generating and distributing kinetic energy into each technique are gone over in each class. This class also focuses on cardiovascular and muscular endurance to strengthen, condition, and tone the body.
