Trick-or-Treat in the Historic District

Bring the kids downtown for safe, fun trick-or-treating.

Looking for a safe place to take the kids trick-or-treating for Halloween?

This year marks the 29th Annual Halloween in the Historic District where families and merchants meet for a night of spooky fun.

Every year, hundreds of families descend on the Historic District to show off their costumes and mingle with the ghosts and ghouls of Ellicott City businesses. Kids can trick-or-treat at many of the District’s downtown shops on Wed. Oct. 31 from 4 – 6 p.m.
