The forecast is all over the place today: there's a 40 percent chance of rain -- including thunderstorms -- after 3 p.m. Before that, however, the National Weather Service is predicting a mostly sunny morning, with temperatures reaching the low 90s. Tonight, more rain possible and temperatures dropping to about 70 degrees.
