Spring Comes to Ellicott City: Weekend Weather

Here's the weekend forecast courtesy of the National Weather Service.

Fleeting rain showers, temperatures in the mid-to-high 50s … that sounds like spring. And according to the National Weather Service, that’s what we’ll see this weekend.

Temperatures will reach the mid-50s today. There’s a 30 percent chance of scattered showers between 4 and 7 p.m. Temperatures will drop to the mid-30s at night.

Get out Saturday – temperatures will be in the mid-50s with clear, sunny skies. Saturday night, temperatures drop to the low 40s.

There’s a 60 percent chance we’ll see more showers Sunday, after 3 p.m. Otherwise expect mostly cloudy skies with temperatures in the high-50s. The threat of rain continues until about 9 p.m. Sunday night, when temperatures drop to the mid-40s.

On Monday, expect sunny skies and a high temperature of about 60 degrees.
