Rainy and Mild in Ellicott City Today

Head into the day a little more informed.

Expect mild temperatures and rain today. Temperatures should reach the mid 40s according to the National Weather Service, and there's an 80 percent chance of rain. More showers are likely early tonight -- and fog -- as temperatures drop to about 38 degrees.

Howard County Public Schools are closed today, for students at least. Teachers will be hitting the books, however, for a Professional Work Day.
