There's a slight chance of rain this afternoon. Otherwise, expect cloudy skies and a high temperature near 65 degrees and gusty winds. Tonight temperatures will drop to about 50 degrees.

The Board of Education is meeting at 4 p.m. The meeting will begin with a public forum. Anyone is welcome to speak about topics that do not have designated formal public hearings. To sign up to speak, contact the Board's office at 410-313-7194. There will be no evening meeting today.
