Ellicott City Today: November 4

Head into the day a little more informed.

The day should start off partly sunny, but skies should clear up as the day goes on and temperatures should hit about 56 degrees. Tonight skies should remain clear and temperatures will drop to about 32 degrees.

No school today for Howard County Public School students -- teachers have a professional development/work day.

Howard County police will be doing six rounds of seatbelt patrols this month. They’ll be looking to see if you're restrained (in your vehicle) at night. According to the department, six of the nine people who have died in crashes this year in Howard County weren’t wearing seatbelts. So, as always, buckle up.
