Do You Believe In Ellicott City Ghosts? Then Check Out These Friday Events

Two events Friday cater to those who want to learn about Ellicott City ghosts.

Do you have a fascination with ghosts?

If so, you’re in luck. There are two events Friday you might want to check out.

- The Ye Old History of Ellicott City Ghost Tour is Friday, April 12, at 8:30 p.m., starting at the Howard County Tourism Building, 8267 Main St., according to the Ellicott City Patch events calendar. Reservations are recommended for the tour, which costs between $11-$13.

 - Also, a “Ghost Tracking” Meetup group meets Friday at 7 p.m. in Jessup, where, according to its website, a group gets together to discuss “like-minded topics, share experiences and do some investigation work.”

The gathering, according to the Ellicott City events calendar, is at Inspired Journeys, located at 10620 Guilford Road, Suite 222, in Jessup.

The Ghost Tracking Meetup group, in addition to meeting about talking about ghosts, does investigation work around the area.

According to the Meetup page, the group has several paranormal investigations scheduled throughout the spring at locations in Ellicott City.

Those include:

-       The Ellicott City Firehouse Museum, 3829 Church St., Ellicott City, on Saturday April 27 at 7 p.m.

-    The Patapsco Female Institute, 3655 Church Rd, Ellicott City, on Saturday May 18 at 7:30 p.m.
