Car Towed After One Ticket? Ellicott City Today

Head into the day a little more informed.

The National Weather Service is forecasting a high of about 60 today with clear, sunny skies. Temperatures should drop to about 37 tonight.

The Howard County Council is meeting for a legislative session at 7 p.m. in the at the George Howard Building. On the agenda is CB51-2011 which would allow police to tow a parked car if it had two outstanding violations, or one violation if the car is parked illegally.
