Join us on September 14 as County Executive Ken Ulman presents awards to this year’s grantees during Howard County Arts Council's Annual Meeting and Grant Awards Ceremony. This event is also the kick-off for Road to the Arts weekend, which launches Howard County’s 2012–13 exhibit season!
While you’re here, visit our gallery exhibits, which run from August 31 through October 12, 2012: Sculptors, Inc., showcasing work from the regional sculpting group juried by Maiza Hixson of the Delaware Center for Contemporary Arts, and Facing Duplicity, unique takes on portraiture featuring paintings by Boris Zakic and sculptural works by Richard Starr. Resident Artist studios will also be open to guests that evening. It’s an event you won’t want to miss!
