Winter Wild Scavenger Hunt

  • When:  Friday, Feb. 15 – Sunday, Feb. 17, 12-3 p.m.
  • Description:  Victorian tea served in an intimate setting.

Youth Dance

  • Where:   6275 Old Washington Rd, Elkridge
  • When:  Saturday, Feb. 16, 7 p.m.
  • Description:  The Elkridge Volunteer Fire Department, Junior Firefighter Program hosts a Youth Dance.  Ages 9-15 are welcome.  Food for sale.  Door prizes.

Valentine's Day After-Dark Couple's Evening

  • Where:  Robinson Nature Center, 6692 Cedar Ln, Columbia
  • When:   Friday, Feb. 15, 6 p.m.
  • Description:  Robinson Nature Center invites couples to wander through the exhibit space then enjoy a candle-lit dinner by boutique caterer, Dionysus Kitchen, using locally-available ingredients and wine.
  • Cost:  $75

 

An Alternative to the Traditional Valentine's Day

  • Where:  The Face Place, 6935 Oakland Mills Rd, Columbia
  • When:  Friday, Feb. 15, 6:30 p.m.
  • Description:  Valentine’s Day party designed for friends, dates and singles to mingle and enjoy.

Peralynna Dinner Club Event

  • Where:  Peralynna Manor At Rosehill, 10605 State Route 108, Columbia
  • When:  Saturday, Feb. 15, Sunday, Feb. 16, 7 p.m.
  • Description:  Each month the the Columbia Inn at Peralynna hosts a Dinner Dance Event which features the RGR - Reilly, Goulait, ROsch Trio performing MoTown, Pop, Light Rock and Classic music of the last 50 years.

Kids on Broadway

  • Description:  Kids on Broadway is designed for children interested in strengthening their musical theater skills. Culminates in a final performance.   (10 sessions) Ages 6-12 Class will be held at St. John's Parish Day School.

Terrapin Adventures – Valentine’s Romantic Adventure

  • Where:  Terrapin Adventures, 8600 Foundry Street
  • When:  Saturday, Feb. 16 – Sunday Feb. 17, 9:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m.
  • Description: Couples are invited to spend the day on a zip line, giant swing, climbing tower and high ropes challenge course for a three hours. Couples will also be eligible to win prizes from Savage Mill Merchants and enjoy sweets, hot chocolate and more.
