Ellicott City's Snowfall Highest in HoCo on Sunday

Ellicott City saw a bit more powder than Columbia.

During Sunday afternoon's snow, Ellicott City got 1.5 inches of accumulation, according to unofficial snow totals from the National Weather Service.

The report stated that Columbia saw 1 inch and in Highland, there was 0.8 inch of accumulation.

The most snow in Maryland on Sunday was in Allegany County, where Frostburg got 7 inches of snow, according to the report.

Another round of snow could be coming on Wednesday night and Thursday morning, according to the National Weather Service.

Temperatures will be below freezing this week—in the upper twenties—the forecast shows, until Thursday afternoon, when they will climb to the mid-thirties before reaching the forties on Friday.
