Description: The 2012 5K race starts on the roadway near the concession area promptly at 8:30 a.m. and heads up to Rt. 108 and follows Rt. 108 east to Woodland Road. The participants re-enter the park on Woodland Road and follow the paved foot path around the lake counter clockwise, finishing at the band shell.

Description: The “Mommy Trot” is designed for parents and their children five years and under to do together. It begins at 9 a.m. Participants will complete one lap of the track, and all will receive a prize.

When: Sunday, Sept. 9, 8 a.m.
Description: Funds raised during the Race are used for prostate cancer research, awareness and to conduct free prostate screenings to underprivileged and underinsured men, including 1,500 men annually in the Baltimore area.
Post-race activities include live entertainment; appearances by Ravens cheerleaders and retired NFL players; vendors; free food and beverages; children’s activities including face painting, a moon bounce, costumed characters and more.
Pricing: $30 Pre-Race Registration, $35 after Sept. 5 and Race Day.
