Ellicott City, Takoma Park, Sykesville and Cambridge are currently the only towns nominated in Maryland.

Residents interested in voting can go to paintwhatmatters.com, click on Maryland on the map, then in the red sidebar on the left, select Ellicott City. Based on the vote I just cast, a registration was not required. Users can vote once per day, according to the web site.
