More Snow! Howard County Under Winter Weather Advisory

The morning commute may be snow-filled.

Howard County is supposed to get more snow on Wednesday, and the morning commute may be slippery.

The National Weather Service placed Howard and several surrounding counties under a winter weather advisory from 1 a.m. to noon Wednesday, meaning snow will cause travel difficulties like limited visibilities and snow-covered roads. Untreated roads may be slick, the weather service said.

Between 2 and 4 a.m., snow will begin to fall, with one to three inches accumulating, according to the National Weather Service.

Other counties under the advisory include Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Calvert, Carroll, Frederick, Harford, Montgomery, Prince George's and St. Mary's.
