Rt. 40 Sonic

Quite a while ago, EC Patch reported that a Sonic was opening on Rt. 40 in Ellicott City where the old lumber yard used to be.  Later they reported a delay in construction.  Construction has begun.  But it is a HUGE building looking like many stores.  Generally Sonics are free standing establishments.  Any idea if it will still be a Sonic?  Or what is going in there?
