RENOWNED SPEAKERS AND AUTHORS TO SPEAK AT NORTHEAST ADOPTION SUMMIT HOSTED BY BETHANY CHRISTIAN SERVICES

Bethany envisions a world where every child has a loving family

 

Ellicott City, MD., April 9, 2014Bethany Christian Services of Central Pennsylvania will host the Northeast Adoption Summit, sponsored by Adoption Learning Partners, Holt International Children’s Services, and Lifesong for Orphans. This two-day event will provide training for the adoption community on a variety of topics related to adoption, focus on raising awareness, and advocate for children who are waiting for a family to call their own.

Dr. Karyn Purvis (Texas Christian University), Jane and David Schooler, and Johnny Carr, among other well-known authors and professionals, will host key breakout sessions to educate families and professionals on topics relevant to adoption, foster care, and orphan care ministries. The event will be held April 25-26 at Calvary Church located at 1051 Landis Valley Rd, Lancaster, PA 17601. Bethany welcomes adoptive and foster parents, child welfare professionals, and church leaders to attend.
